The Mystery of Consciousness

The Mystery of Consciousness

With all our advancements and knowledge as a human race, our very consciousness is still a great mystery.

What is consciousness and why do we have it? 2 important and fundamental questions that remain unanswered. Our very perception of our reality as individuals is unexplained.

I personally love the fact that no one truly knows what consciousness is. It’s humbling and I love mysteries.

Quantum mechanics now confirms what the Buddha explained 2500 thousand years ago. That everything is vibration, frequency, energy. Including us, at the deepest level.

We can use this information to discuss, validate and espouse many spiritual truths. But the fact remains, we are all made of energy. If you are a hippy, a spiritualist and atheist, a banker or an axolotl matters not- We are all energy.

And it is proven that when this energy is coherent, harmonic and flowing it optimizes our health, well being and happiness.

Your energy we are working on during an energetic healing session, is the vital energy, bio energy and electromagnetic field, as named in the western science and philosophy.

In other traditional cultures this same energy that moves through, gives life to and animates all living things has many different names.

Qi literally translates as "breath", "air", or "gas", and figuratively as "material energy", "life force", or "energy flow". Qi is the central underlying fundamental principle in traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts.

We intuitively name this when we say “My energy is really low today” or “I am full of energy!”
