- Give you some free meditations to help prepare you energetically, to receive and integrate the attunement that can be similar to a supercharged healing.

My "why" for teaching this course, is that
Reiki has profoundly benefited and improved my life on all imaginable levels and has helped support countless clients of mine over the past 10 years +, so I feel deeply excited, grateful and humbled to now pass this healing modality onto others, for themselves to use for self, loved ones, pets, clients, home, work spaces and beyond.
All of these invitations are simple suggestions to optimize the ease with which your body will integrate the attunement to Reiki.But by no means essential.
Be gentle on yourself and see what feels right for you.
For minimum 48 hours but ideally 2 weeks+ prior to course commencement;
- Eat mostly whole foods. Including lots of fresh food with good life force energy (Organic ideally) fruit, veg & herbs etc
- Meditate Daily. Prioritize quiet time each day to practice relaxing and listening to your body, intuition and spirit and being aware of your thoughts. Even if its just a matter of minutes.
- Avoid too many toxins including alcohol, excess caffeine, processed foods and/or avoiding your emotions.
- Movement regularly. Exercise, walking, being in nature- to get the energy moving and the breath to be deeper.

Choose the different practices that suit your needs, ranging from 3 mins to 60 mins.
You may like to focus on grounding, aligning, chakra healing or focus on any particular chakra.
Or connecting with your soul family with the adapted CE5 meditation.
Youtube has many meditations to explore and use for free, too.
This will help prepare you to optimally focus, learn, integrate and connect with your higher self, spirit team and healing guides.
