Full Moon Meditation and Chakra Balancing

These 90 minute work shops will be ideally enjoyed as a series,

as we will move through the Chakra system one by one, each full moon.

The course will be a soul soothing, realigning blend of

  • Pranayama
  •  Deep relaxation
  • Guided meditation
  • Chakra balancing & healing

This class will

  •  open the heart  
  • raise your vibration 
  • increase health, happiness and strengthened intuition! 

These workshops are a powerful and enjoyable tool to help improve your

well being, health & reduce stress levels. 

This class is suitable for all levels of experience from beginners to advanced.

Wednesday 4th April at 7pm - Sacral Chakra 

Sunday 29th April - Solar Plexus Chakra 

Sunday 27th May - Heart Chakra 

Sunday 1st July - Throat Chakra 

Sunday 29th July - Third Eye 

Sunday 26th August - Crown Chakra

What is provided

Mats, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters


What you need to bring & wear

Wear comfy clothing & fluffy socks. Bring a water bottle.

Also, if you have a favorite blanket, cushion or  meditation stool bring these for your comfort.

You are invited to bring your favorite crystals if you have some you like to use whilst meditating.

Other then that, just bring yourself, your smile and an open mind!
