These 75 minute work shops will be ideally enjoyed as a 2 part series

As we realign & relax in the 1st,

and expand and dive deeper in the 2nd

The classes will be a soul soothing, realigning blend of

  •  Deep relaxation
  • Guided meditation
  • Chakra balancing & healing

This class will

  • increase health, happiness and strengthened intuition! 

These workshops are a powerful and enjoyable tool to help improve your

well being, health & reduce stress levels

as we explore other states of consciousness.

 

This class is suitable for all levels of experience from beginners to advanced.

Beaches Baby at Harbord Diggers 
88 Evans Street, Freshwater 

Ample parking is available and free in the car park. Street parking also available 

Beaches baby is located opposite the main entrance to the Diggers, next to Urban Spa.

As you come out of the car park elevator, turn to your right, and there it is.

$49 for two sessions

What is provided

Mats, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters

 

What you need to bring & wear

Wear comfy clothing & fluffy socks.

Bring a water bottle.

Also, if you have a favorite blanket, cushion or  meditation stool bring these for your comfort.

You are invited to bring your favorite crystals if you have some you like to use whilst meditating.

Other then that, just bring yourself, your smile and an open mind!
